Caroline Wozniacki Graces the Cover of ESPN the Magazine’s Ninth Annual Body Issue
PUBLISHED June 27, 2017Caroline continues to turn heads as she graces one of the covers of ESPN The Magazine’s 2017 Body Issue. ESPN The Magazine’s Body Issue celebrates the many physiques of athletes around the world and will hit newsstands during the Wimbledon Championships on July 8th.
In the issue, Caroline said “When I was younger I used to maybe feel a little insecure because I had more muscles than the models or the skinny girls you would see in the street. But at the same time I think I grew up to really love my body and the strength that I have because its what I need to run fast and to sustain power out there when I play against the other women.”
This adds to Caroline’s impressive career off the court, which includes three consecutive appearances in Sports Illustrated’s famed Swimsuit Issue, the cover of Elle Denmark, and being featured in ESPN Magazine’s list of most famous athletes.
