(May 22, 2018) — Caroline appears on the cover of ESPN the Magazine for the second time in just under the year. Wozniacki was featured in 2017’s Body Issue, and will be the cover feature for June 8’s World Fame 100 Issue, which ranks the most famous athletes from around the world. The tennis star ranks No. 66 on this year’s list , moving up from No. 87 in 2017.

Since making the list last year, Caroline won the WTA Finals in Singapore along with the Australian Open, which was her first Grand Slam title. In the feature story in the magazine, Caroline sat down and discussed her success along with her chase for tennis excellence.

From the very beginning of her tennis career, Caroline wanted to be the best, and nobody pushed her harder than herself. Wozniacki went on to discuss what continues to drive her, and received high praise from fellow athlete Serena Williams, whom she’s been close with over the years.

“Caro teaches me that whatever you do, and no matter how far you fall, do it with grace and also get back up with grace,” Williams said of her friend.

Caroline spoke on being the best in the world, the ups and downs, and reaching her goals. Fulfilling the goals means a great deal to Caroline, but it’s the journey to get there that really changed her life.
